Inspiration

I first started coaching in 1991. Back then i didn’t understand it, realise it or could begin to fathom how my life would evolve with coaching at its core, however, evolve it has.

As a young man with ideas, boundless energy and a willingness to challenge the status quo like a curious 5 year old tugging on mum’s dress “yeh but why…yeh but why?” I developed a way of working that meant I challenged myself and my peers, I managed upwards and downwards and I developed teams and businesses likewise ever since.

Coaching and facilitation is simple for me. It is about three key ingredients:
People who are ready
Transfer of knowledge
Facilitation of that knowledge

In 2010 I decided to put my tune down on my piano and Applying You was born. I am a seasoned facilitator with 20 years experience with people in many sectors. Poking, prodding, supporting, coaching, mentoring, facilitating their growth and in turn their goals, dreams and outcomes.

They DO more and BECOME more…..and in turn HAVE more.

I apply them

Whether you are employed, self employed, in business or a fellow coach or mentor, I beleive to be congruent with success and achievement, we too require facilitation.

If you choose to apply yourself daily, weekly, monthly then get in touch, who knows where it may lead us.

“You’re off to great places! Today is your day! Your mountain is waiting so get on your way!
Dr Seuss – Oh the places you will go

Applying you is just that. You; Simply Better.

Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.
